Veggie burger was fantastic and duck pate awesome. A little left to be desired here mainly because it didn’t have that culinary spark I look for.
This place is usually packed, and for good reason, reservations are typically a must. But we lucked out with a 4:30 arrival and snagged a table with no wait. We started with a salad, and it was the perfect side to share before diving into burgers. Crisp, fresh greens, a touch of black pepper, creamy dressing, and the sharp bite of radishes made for a light, flavorful beginning. While we usually come here for the seafood, we were craving burgers, and they absolutely delivered. Thick, juicy, and bursting with flavor, this burger was everything we hoped for and more. The cheese was ooey, gooey, and gloriously melty, while the caramelized onions added just the right touch of sweetness. The fries? Crispy perfection. And the aioli on the side took them to the next level. This just might be the best burger in Portland!
We ordered so much food and absolutely everything was amazing. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. We loved the atmosphere and the feeling of being in a corner diner while enjoying top tier food.
Hip place with excellent cocktail and great food. My husband and friends thought the burger was one of the best they had recently. Kale and egg salad was so fresh and soul warming. Pisco sour, Martinez were done perfectly. Kids menu was great and strawberry mint limeade was kick-ass. Kids want to go back tomorrow.
Wow. This place is absolutely wonderful. Went here for the first time ever on a date with my boyfriend. The food was so delicious and seasoned to perfection. The dessert we got was divine and the service was excellent. This is a great place to go on a little fancy dinner with your partner or to have a celebratory dinner. And the drinks are made so delicious. We got lucky and actually had a table available Saturday night, but it was packed for the most part. 11/10 will go here again.
Incredible folks that truly care about hospitality and the food they're slinging. The kitchen keeps the ingredients seasonal and the techniques classic. The vibes FOH match. Bartenders know their stuff and the attention to detail is unmatched at this price point. Do not skip appetizers and if you're here for bruch bring your A-game... the menu is undefeated.
Drinks and salad were great! We ordered the burger and a tamarind pork chop special for our entrees. Both were utterly fantastic... the kind where you’re so full but just keep eating. Portions are quite generous and next time we might just do one entree to share! Service was great too. Looking forward to going back and trying more on the menu.
Food was so fresh and tasty. We ordered the small fruit de mer plateau, smoked trout dip, brussels sprouts and the brownie sundae for dessert! Melissa is an awesome waitress and knew all the details about the menu too! Highly recommend if looking for a good dinner spot in the area.
